Service
All presses are guaranteed for 12 months parts and labour and have proved very reliable. In the event of repair being necessary we have service agents in some areas but usually we collect the press to our service department and return it. If necessary we also send suitable packaging. This service is free in warranty and costs £21 out of warranty and a further £10.50 if a box has to be sent. This service takes around a week. Alternatively we can supply parts to any local repairer. We guarantee parts availability for the life of the press. We also offer a full refurbishment and cleaning service for older presses.

Spares
Generally the only regular spares you will require are spare ironing covers and foams and possibly cleaning sticks. We send these by post and you can order on-line - see Spares Order Page.
