Service
All presses are guaranteed for 2 years parts and labour. In the event of a repair being necessary we will arrange to have the press collected by Parcelforce and delivered to our service department and return it. If necessary we will also send suitable packaging. This service is free within the warranty period with the exception of the carriage. The cost for the carriage is £25 within UK Mainland and it is £35 if we have to send you the necessary packaging/box. Carriage costs if you are based out of UK Mainland are significantly more.

If your press is out of its warranty period our engineers can give an exact quote before they start work if requested. This service takes around a week. Alternatively we can supply parts to any local repairer.

Spares
Generally the only regular spares you will require are spare ironing covers and foams and possibly cleaning sticks. We send these by post and you can order on-line - see Spares Order Page.
